You will be involved in all stages of the deal cycle, including:

• Tax due diligence
• Structuring and advisory work
• Input into SPAs and financing documentation
• Post-acquisition implementation and reorganisations
• Ongoing tax support for portfolio companies
• Exit readiness and disposals

The M&A Tax Directors take the lead in delivering key aspects of our client services. In this role, you will apply your commercial acumen and technical expertise, while leveraging the capabilities of others across the firm, to deliver exceptional outcomes and experiences for your clients. You will take ownership of core elements of client relationships and be expected to identify innovative, value-added solutions. In addition, you will play a proactive role in business development - drawing on your professional network and market insight to identify and pursue new opportunities.
