M&A Tax Director - Big 4 - London (Hybrid Working)

An exciting opportunity to join a leading M&A Tax team advising some of the largest private equity houses and infrastructure funds across Europe.

You'll work with a broad and prestigious client base, from global and mid-market private equity firms to infrastructure funds, multinational corporates, and emerging capital providers. As a Director in the team, you'll be involved throughout the deal lifecycle, including:

• Tax due diligence

• Structuring and advisory

• Reviewing SPAs and financing documents

• Post-acquisition implementation and reorganisations

• Ongoing tax support for portfolio companies

• Exit planning and disposals

You'll lead on key elements of client delivery, combining technical excellence with commercial insight to provide tailored, high-value solutions. You'll also take responsibility for managing client relationships and driving business development by identifying opportunities and building on your professional network.
