Pure M&A Focus: Dedicated transaction tax role - deals, due diligence, and structuring only.
High-Value Mandates: Deal flow from £5m-£100m+, with many in the £15m-£50m range.
Partnership Approach: Work with the firm's Corporate Finance team on integrated advisory services.

Flexible Working: Just 1-2 days per week in Central London office.

• Manage transaction projects and deliver technical advisory reports
• Handle buy-side due diligence and lending reviews
• Provide pre-sale support and tax restructuring advice
• Communicate directly with clients and professional advisors
• Train and develop junior team members

• CTA qualified (ACA/ACCA preferred)
• UK transaction tax experience from practice
• Strong communication skills
• Ambition to grow in a high-growth environment
