£28,000 - £30,000 basic salary + OTE £55,000 - £60,000

Are you a fluent Mandarin speaker with a passion for sales and property? We're seeking a dynamic Mandarin Sales Negotiator to join our thriving North London team and help us serve our growing Chinese-speaking client base.

The Role:As a Mandarin Sales Negotiator, you'll be responsible for managing property sales from initial enquiry through to completion. You'll work with both buyers and sellers, conducting viewings, negotiating offers, and ensuring smooth transactions while providing exceptional customer service in both English and Mandarin.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct property viewings and presentations in Mandarin and English
• Build and maintain relationships with Chinese-speaking clients
• Negotiate sales and manage the sales progression process
• Generate new business through networking and referrals
• Maintain accurate records on our CRM system
• Collaborate with mortgage advisors, solicitors, and other professionals

What We're Looking For:

• Fluent spoken and written Mandarin (essential)
• Excellent English communication skills
• Previous sales experience (property experience preferred but not essential)
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
• Full UK driving licence preferred
