System & Application Support

• Support and maintain core business systems to ensure stability and performance.

• Troubleshoot system and application issues efficiently to minimize business disruption.
  

Development & Integration Support

• Assist with system customization, scripting, or minor development tasks.
  




• Support system integrations and data flows between platforms.
  




• Collaborate with vendors and technical partners where necessary.
  

Information Security Support

• Support implementation of IT security best practices and policies.
  




• Assist with patch management, access control, and system monitoring.
  




• Contribute to maintaining a secure and compliant IT environment.
  

Daily IT Operations

• Provide responsive technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
  




• Ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations across departments.
  




• Maintain documentation and continuously improve IT processes.
