You are a fluent Mandarin speaker, with written proficiency at business level or better.
You have production experience managing and releasing games.
You are a passionate gamer.
You are both a high-level and low-level thinker who can craft goals and manage details of task delivery.
You are a strong communicator and have a track record of driving quality and delivering on time
You are proactive and pragmatic, at the same time you look for creative ways to solve problems
You are based within a commutable distance from our London, Soho office and are happy to attend twice a week.
You will support our games from initial discovery through live operations and beyond.
You'll work with external game teams to help them achieve their vision and hit the quality goals in a timely manner.
You will facilitate cross-functional teams to plan, launch, and update our indie PC and console games, including coordinating between UK/US teams and China-based partners.
You will run play tests and evaluate the results to inform and refine development priorities.
You will communicate project status upwards and outwards, highlighting risks and mitigating actions
You will work with our partners and business development in China.
Experience of leading/facilitating game development and/or publishing efforts, ideally with experience of working with China-based development teams.
Proven track record, with the necessary relevant experience to demonstrate your experience
Strong organization, project management and attention to detail.
Composure to handle the daily competing pressures and challenges game development.
Initiative to work with the diverse range of people needed to develop and support a game.
Experience working with remote development teams.
Familiarity with running a live game.
