M&E Coordinator – Hill Group

Location:Various project sites | Type:Full-time

Hill Group is looking for an experienced and proactive Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) Coordinator to support the delivery of high-quality building services across multiple projects. You’ll work with our production, customer care, and design teams to ensure M&E systems are designed, installed, and maintained to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support M&E installations across live sites, ensuring specification and quality compliance
• Collaborate with Customer Care to diagnose and resolve system faults
• Conduct quality inspections, testing, and commissioning reviews
• Monitor and report on M&E contractor and designer performance
• Drive value engineering and ensure documentation aligns with project goals and standards

What We’re Looking For:

• Solid M&E knowledge (preferably from a trade background)
• At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills
• Passion for quality, safety, and continuous improvement
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
