M&E Design Engineer - Decarbonisation

Job Description:

• Lead the design process from RIBA Stage 3 through to fabrication level.
• Produce and coordinate detailed mechanical and/or electrical designs.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Apply knowledge of energy centres, low-carbon technologies, and decarbonisation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and client specifications.

Beneficial Skills / Qualifications:

• Proven experience in mechanical or electrical design engineering.
• Strong understanding of RIBA stages, particularly from Stage 3 onwards.
• Familiarity with Revit and BIM workflows is highly advantageous.
• Experience working on energy centre or decarbonisation projects.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
