Review technical submissions, drawings and specifications to ensure buildability and compliance. Chair and attend design coordination meetings with clients, consultants and subcontractors. Work closely with site-based teams to resolve design and coordination issues during construction. Monitor design programmes to ensure information is released in line with project requirements. Identify and manage design risks while driving value engineering opportunities. Ensure M&E installations are fully coordinated with architectural and structural elements.
Requirements
Previous experience as an M&E Design Manager, Building Services Manager or Senior M&E Coordinator.
