M&E Estimator

M&E Estimator - Main Contractor - London

I’m currently working with a leading Main Contractor who are looking to recruit an M&E Estimator to their Estimating Department. This is due to business growth and expansion within the businesses MEP team to form partnerships with specialist contractors across the city.

Experience working within the M&E Sector will be required, open to either Mechanical or Electrical bias and ideal experience would be working for a leading M&E Contractor within the commercial fit out sector.

Essentials:

Knowledge of Commercial Fit Out Projects

Knowledge of Mechanical and Electrical products/services

*

Experience in an office environment

*

Efficient on Microsoft applications

*

Computer literate and good with numbers

*

Understanding of CRM systems (training provided)

*

Excellent telephone manner

Attention to detail

*

Willing to learn

*

Desire to succeed

The Role:

*

Preparation of take-offs from drawings

*

Liaison with suppliers to obtain quotes

*

Preparation of small works quotations

*

Follow up Sales Leads

*

Respond and manage tender enquiries

*

General Administration as required
