M&E Manager

Optima Site Solutions is currently looking for an experienced Data Centre M&E Site Manager to oversee and coordinate site activities on technically complex, mission-critical projects.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage daily site operations, engineers and subcontractors.

* Coordinate M&E, HVAC and commissioning activities.

* Monitor project progress, quality and safety standards.

* Prepare and manage RAMS, permits and toolbox talks.

* Attend site meetings and report progress to the Project Manager.

* Ensure all works are completed safely and on schedule.

Job Requirements

* Valid SMSTS (SSSTS may be considered).

* First Aid at Work certificate.

* Valid CSCS Card.

* Previous experience as a Site Manager on construction, M&E or commissioning projects.

* Strong knowledge of health and safety procedures.

* Good communication, organisational and IT skills.

* Data centre experience preferred.

* HVAC and commissioning experience desirable.
