M&E Project Manager

Newham | £380 to £460 per day | Outside IR35 | 12-Month Contract

If you're an experienced Building Services Project Manager looking for a long-term Outside IR35 contract, this is a strong one to consider.

You'll join an M&E contractor delivering a hospital project in Newham, taking responsibility for project delivery on site. Both Mechanical and Electrical backgrounds will be considered, with the focus firmly on finding someone who can confidently manage the job.

What you'll be doing

Managing M&E delivery across a live hospital project
Coordinating site teams, subcontractors and project activities
Monitoring programme, quality and progress
Managing day-to-day issues and keeping delivery on track
Working closely with the wider project and construction teams
Maintaining high standards of health and safety on siteWhat we're looking for

Strong experience as a Project Manager within Building Services or M&E
Either a Mechanical or Electrical background
Previous experience working for an M&E contractor
Strong site and project delivery experience
Confidence managing teams and subcontractors
Black CSCS Card is essential
Availability to work on site in Newham 5 days per weekThe opportunity

This is a 12-month contract, giving you the chance to see a substantial hospital project through over a longer period rather than jumping into another short-term assignment.

The role is Outside IR35, paying £380 to £460 per day, with 5 days per week required on site in Newham.
