With project values typically ranging from £5m to £50m, the business is known for its strong delivery capability, collaborative approach, and long-standing client relationships across the North of England. Due to continued growth, our client is seeking an experienced M&E Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team in Leeds. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the commercial and financial aspects of mechanical and electrical packages across multiple live projects, ensuring robust cost control, accurate forecasting, and effective subcontractor management. Working closely with project managers, site teams, and supply chain partners, the M&E Quantity Surveyor will play a key role in driving commercial performance and ensuring value is delivered across all MEP elements. The successful candidate will work closely with commercial managers and operational teams to ensure all M&E packages are commercially managed in line with contract requirements and business objectives.
