💼 The Role

You'll take a leading role in the commercial management of M&E projects, working closely with operational teams to ensure projects are delivered on budget and maximise profitability.

Full commercial responsibility across multiple projects
Managing subcontractor procurement, negotiation, and accounts
Preparing valuations, variations, and final accounts
Monitoring financial performance and reporting on project progress
Identifying opportunities to drive value and reduce cost
Managing contract administration (NEC/JCT)

🎯 What We're Looking For

We want to hear from motivated, commercially astute individuals who are ready to step up and add value:

Proven experience as an M&E Quantity Surveyor (or strong intermediate looking to step up)
Background within Mechanical & Electrical or building services
Knowledge of NEC and/or JCT contracts
Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
Ability to manage projects through the full lifecycle
Proactive, driven, and career-focused attitude
