M&E Quantity Surveyor

Client:

Our client is a specialist main contractor who have been established for over 90 years.

They specialise in providing full design, procurement, installation, commissioning, and maintenance of complex Building Services and Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) infrastructure.

Role:

They are currently seeking an experienced M&E Quantity Surveyor to join the commercial team on site based in Camberley, looking to start ASAP, for a 3-month period. You will be working on a £243 million major redevelopment of Keogh Barracks.

Working as part of the contractors commercial team, you will ensure the project is delivered within budget while maintaining the highest standards of commercial governance and contractual compliance.

The ideal candidate:

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with a M&E Quantity surveyor qualification against their name with a proven track record, ideally delivering large-scale commercial, healthcare, life sciences, data centre, defence, or infrastructure projects.
