M&E Site Manager

We are seeking an experienced M&E Site Manager (Electrical Bias) to join our team on a commercial construction project. This is a key site-based role responsible for overseeing the mechanical and electrical installation works, with a strong focus on electrical packages.
You will be responsible for ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Electrical Manager Key Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate all M&E activities on site, with particular oversight of electrical installations

Supervise subcontractors and ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and programme
*
Chair site coordination meetings and liaise with the main contractor, consultants, and client representatives
*
Monitor progress against programme and report regularly to the Project Manager
*
Ensure all works are delivered in line with H&S regulations and company procedures
*
Oversee commissioning and handover processes
*
Manage quality control, inspections, and snagging
*
Maintain accurate site documentation and reporting via R DRIVE
Electrical Manager Requirements
*

*
SMSTS
*
Proven experience as an M&E Site Manager on commercial projects
*
Strong electrical background (trade or engineering qualification preferred)
*
Demonstrable experience managing subcontractors and site teams
*
Confident and competent using R DRIVE for documentation, reporting, and project tracking
*
Strong understanding of H&S regulations and site compliance requirements
*
Excellent communication and leadership skills
*
Ability to drive programme and resolve site issues proactively
