M&E Site Manager

Location: Bridgend, South Wales

About the Role

Due to continued sustainable growth in 2025, OCU Group is seeking an experienced Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) Site Manager to join our dynamic team in South Wales.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead the design, construction, and commissioning of key infrastructure projects within the water and wastewater sector, working on behalf of major UK water companies.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Plan and manage M&E construction projects from the ground up


• Supervise site operations and ensure top-tier quality


• Enforce health & safety standards (NEBOSH/IOSH preferred)


• Coordinate teams, subcontractors, and suppliers


• Keep budgets tight and timelines tighter


• Communicate clearly with clients and stakeholders


• Solve problems fast and lead your team with confidence

Skills and Experience

• Proven experience in M&E project/site management (Water sector a big plus)


• Strong technical knowledge of construction methods and regulations


• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills


• Proficiency in MS Office, project tools, and ideally BIM software


• Relevant degree or equivalent hands-on experience
