Are you an experienced Mechanical Supervisor, Electrical Supervisor, M&E Supervisor, Site Supervisor or Site Manager looking for your next challenge?

We are recruiting for an M&E Site Supervisor to join an established Building Services contractor delivering Mechanical and Electrical projects across healthcare, education, commercial, retail and leisure sectors nationwide.

The Role

Working closely with the Projects Team, you will be responsible for supervising Mechanical & Electrical installations, builders works and associated civil works on projects across the UK.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise Mechanical and Electrical works on site

*

Manage subcontractors, suppliers and specialist contractors

*

Ensure works are completed safely, on time and to specification

*

Carry out site inductions and enforce Health & Safety procedures

*

Monitor project progress against programme requirements

*

Coordinate labour, materials and plant requirements

*

Conduct quality inspections and ensure high standards are maintained

*

Identify and rectify site issues as they arise

*

Liaise with Project Managers, clients and site teams

Requirements

*

Previous experience as an M&E Site Supervisor, Mechanical Supervisor, Electrical Supervisor, Site Supervisor, Site Manager or M&E Site Manager

*

Strong understanding of Building Services, Mechanical or Electrical installations

*

Ability to manage subcontractors and site activities

*

Full UK Driving Licence

*

Ability to pass DBS and BPSS security clearance checks

£45,000 - £55,000 basic salary
