M&E Static Engineer

M&E Static Engineer – Fulbourn, Cambridge

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced M&E Static Engineer to join a busy facilities management team, working across a site comprising four buildings in Fulbourn, Cambridge.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day operation and maintenance of the site’s general M&E plant, carrying out both reactive and planned preventative maintenance (PPM) to ensure all systems remain safe, compliant and operational.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out reactive and planned preventative maintenance across the site.
Manage and maintain general M&E plant and building services.
Coordinate and manage subcontractors working on site.
Oversee and support two Fabric Technicians.
Liaise with clients, contractors and other site stakeholders.
Ensure maintenance activities are completed to a high standard and within agreed timescales.
Assist with maintaining a safe, compliant and efficiently operated site.

Package & Hours

Salary: £45,000 per annum
Overtime: Available
Working hours: Monday–Friday, 7:00am–4:00pm
Holiday: 25 days annual leave
Location: Fulbourn, Cambridge
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced M&E Engineer / Static Engineer looking for a stable, Monday-to-Friday role with responsibility for a multi-building site and the opportunity to take ownership of the engineering and maintenance function.
