Mangement Accountant

This globally recognised organisation has culture at the very core of everything they do, and they're now looking for an experienced Management Accountant to join the team on a 6 month contract. This is a hands-on role that will see you take ownership of key areas of the month-end process, support forecasting and budgeting cycles, and provide financial insights to senior stakeholders. With strong growth plans and ongoing transformation, the role is highly likely to convert to a permanent position for the right individual.

Key responsibilities of the Interim Management Accountant:

• Support month-end and year-end close processes
• Deliver accurate and insightful financial reporting and analysis
• Partner with key stakeholders across the business to support commercial decision-making
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Drive process improvements and identify efficiency opportunities
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and external regulations

The ideal candidate will hold a recognised accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) or will be Qualified by Experience and bring previous experience in a similar contract or project-based role or have experience in month end accounting. Strong Excel and financial modelling skills are essential, along with excellent communication and stakeholder management ability. You'll be proactive, hands-on, and confident in your ability to hit the ground running.
