We have an excellent opportunity for a reliable and hands on individual with experience working within a manufacturing environment who is looking to develop their career as a Manufacturing Coordinator. The role would be ideal for a candidate who has experience working on the production floor and is comfortable supporting manufacturing processes, including machining activities, while also managing the administrative side of production. Our client is looking for someone who can get involved with the day to day running of the manufacturing operation, ensuring production runs smoothly while maintaining accurate records, documentation and communication across departments.

Coordinate daily manufacturing activities and support production requirements Work closely with production teams to ensure targets and deadlines are achieved Assist with machining and manufacturing processes when required Monitor workflow, priorities and production progress Maintain accurate production information and reports Support communication between production, planning and other departments Assist with stock control, materials and production requirements Ensure work areas remain organised and compliant with health and safety standards Support continuous improvement activities within the manufacturing environmentSkills, Experience & Training Requirements Essential
Previous experience working within a manufacturing or production environment Good understanding of shop floor processes and manufacturing operations Confident supporting production teams and getting involved with hands on tasks Experience with machining or engineering processes desirable Strong organisational skills with good attention to detail Comfortable completing administrative tasks and maintaining accurate records Ability to prioritise workload and manage changing production requirements Good communication skills and ability to work across different departments Reliable, proactive and able to work independently when requiredHow to Apply: Apply today if you have relevant manufacturing experience and are looking for an opportunity to develop within a growing production environment.
