Manufacturing Coordinator/Administrator

We are looking for a Manufacturing Coordinator/ Administrator  to join us at the Kurt J. Lesker Company at our European headquarters based in St. Leonards, East Sussex.

About the role:
As Manufacturing Coordinator, you’ll support the smooth running of our EMEIA team—keeping CRM and MRP systems accurate, managing quote opportunities with Sales, and creating technical part numbers with precision. You’ll work closely with our Product Specialists, follow clear processes, and collaborate across departments to maintain a positive, high-performing manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities: 
  • Working Closely within the CRM (Customer Relationship Management)), reducing late quotes by driving effective follow ups with the Sales team. 
  • Direct Customer communication.
  • Uploading of ISO documents, assign training, and organisation of records.
  • Create project folders.
  • Responsible for project record retention.
  • Edit drawings to remove proprietary information.
  • Part number entry into ERP system.
  • Project entry into ERP system.
  • Point of contact for assigned ERP projects.
  • Assist in Continual Improvement projects.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
Required
  • GCSEs Or A levels
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of office experience.
  • Customer facing experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft products.
  • Good attitude and strong communication skills.
Preferred
  • Manufacturing experience.
