This role is ideal for someone looking to manage the manufacturing process of new and innovative products during an exciting period of substantial growth.

• Lead multi-functional projects with Operations and Engineering teams.
• Create and manage product specifications and Bills of Materials (BOMs).
• Drive root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Support the introduction of new product variants and processes.
• Maintain standards for tooling and equipment.
• Design using CAD software.

• Proven experience in manufacturing design engineering.
• Strong project management skills and experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in CAD software.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to perform root cause analysis.
• Experience in creating and managing BOMs and product specifications.
