You'll work on technically exciting projects; ranging from custom carbon fibre induction systems to lightweight exhausts and precision cooling components for clients that include motorsport teams, enthusiasts, and classic car specialists. This role offers hands-on variety, real impact, and the chance to turn your engineering skills into high-performance results; on the road, on the track, and in a team that values your input.

In this varied and hands-on role, you'll support the full production lifecycle of high-performance components, from design input to final quality checks. Your duties will include working closely with our design and fabrication teams to develop and refine manufacturing processes, particularly in composite lamination of carbon fibre parts using autoclave curing techniques. You'll also help improve workflows for CNC-machined and fabricated metal parts, support tooling and jig development, and play a key role in quality assurance, material selection, and continuous improvement across small-batch and custom builds.

This role would suit a Manufacturing Engineer or similar with a background in composites, automotive, or precision engineering; someone who enjoys hands-on work, problem-solving, and seeing their ideas come to life in real-world applications.
