In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in developing and improving production processes, ensuring quality, efficiency, and safety are at the forefront of everything we do. Whether you're optimising layouts, introducing new technologies, or supporting cross-functional teams, your expertise will have a lasting impact.

• Designing, developing, and improving manufacturing processes and tooling.
• Identifying inefficiencies and implementing lean manufacturing techniques.
• Supporting new product introductions from concept to production.
• Collaborating with engineering, quality, and production teams to resolve technical issues.
• Leading root cause analysis and driving corrective actions.
• Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

• Degree or equivalent in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment (aerospace, automotive, or precision engineering is a plus).
• Strong problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Proficiency in CAD software and manufacturing systems.
• Excellent communication and project management abilities.
