Key Responsibilities

• Develop and optimise manufacturing processes to support the production of aerospace components.
• Work closely with design, quality, and operations teams to ensure manufacturability and process efficiency.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on cost, quality, and delivery.
• Support the introduction of new products and technologies into production.
• Investigate and resolve manufacturing issues, implementing corrective and preventive actions.
• Ensure all work complies with aerospace quality standards and safety regulations.

Requirements

• Degree or HNC/HND in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Aerospace Engineering (or equivalent experience).
• Experience in a manufacturing engineering role, ideally within aerospace or a similar high-precision industry.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes such as machining, assembly, and tooling.
• Familiarity with quality systems such as AS9100.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.
