4-day week - Monday to Thursday (6.40am - 4.45pm)

Are you a Manufacturing/Process Engineer looking for an exciting new role where you will take the lead on all lean & process improvement projects for a forward-thinking, dynamic business?

On offer is a fantastic opportunity where you will be given the autonomy to put your own stamp on the manufacturing and assembly processes as well as the chance to complete further technical training and professional development.

This is a brand-new position that has been created by the company as they are currently going through a substantial period of growth due to the large success of their products and as such are looking to recruit a Manufacturing/Process Engineer.

The company are a specialist manufacturer and you will get the opportunity to be involved in the full product lifecycle, from initial conception and prototyping through to full scale manufacturing.

This position would suit a Manufacturing or Process Engineer looking to take the lead role and influence real change within the business.

The Role:

• Application of LEAN principles to manufacturing processes
• Autonomous position
• 4 day week (Monday to Thursday)

The Candidate:

• Experience of process improvement within business
• Strong understanding and experience of application of LEAN principles
