Overview

EMBS Engineering Ltd is working in partnership with a precision manufacturing business in Warwickshire that is currently in the market for a process-driven Manufacturing Engineer covering press and welding operations.

This is a hands-on engineering role rather than a programming position, and would suit an experienced engineer with genuine depth of process knowledge across press and weld processes.

Your responsibilities will include:

As Manufacturing Engineer, you will provide process-driven engineering support across press and welding operations and tooling.

  Support and improve key production processes and tooling across press and welding operations

  
  


• 
  

  Contribute to press tool design work

  
  


• 
  

  Work with press-fabricated metal components and/or welding and fabrication processes

  
  


• 
  

  Apply strong process knowledge across both press and weld operations day to day

  
  


• 
  

  Provide day-to-day engineering input to production

  
  

Successful applicants must be able to demonstrate:

  Proven experience as a process-driven Manufacturing Engineer, with strong depth of knowledge across press and/or weld processes

  
  


• 
  

  Significant hands-on experience with press fabricated metal components, and/or welding and fabrication processes

  
  


• 
  

  Strong practical process knowledge; this is not a programming-focused position

  
  


• 
  

  Open to candidates from a range of relevant manufacturing backgrounds
