Operations Team Leader – Drive Performance, Safety, and Quality at Allied Bakeries West Brom!

In this role, you’ll champion our Safety First culture, actively engaging individuals and teams while leading with confidence and ensuring compliance with AB policies and procedures. You’ll inspire your team to deliver peak performance across cost, resource management, and service requirements.

You’ll take ownership of product quality, leveraging all systems and people to maintain our high standards. By optimising production plans and operating the plant efficiently, you’ll help the bakery achieve maximum output in a cost-effective way.

Developing your team is key — you’ll identify training needs, create a proactive learning environment, and encourage continuous improvement. You’ll also drive cross-functional collaboration, providing insight and control over our bakery infrastructure to support smarter, safer, and more efficient operations.

Essential

• At least 3 Years experience within a FMCG environment with 


• Proven leadership and management experience and 


• Be able to demonstrate people and performance experience

Advantageous 

• Preferably be a graduate in a Manufacturing related discipline or equivalent.
