Job Description - Manufacturing Manager

Are you a Manufacturing Manager looking for a bit more autonomy and responsibility? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for anyone ready to take the reins and manage various new and exciting projects as our client expands their already established business into new territory!

Manufacturing Manager
Job Description

Work with Project and Business managers to set up a new department within an already well-established company
Take ownership of various manufacturing processes ensuring efficiency and optimisation
Manage quality standards on the shop floor ensuring compliance with ISO regulations
Provide practical support to manufacturing teams when needed

Manufacturing Manager
Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications

Strong understanding of electrical engineering and machine builds
Previous experience within a manufacturing or production environment
Prior experience working towards continuous improvements of quality procedures
Understanding of rotary machinery is desirable
