Our client seek to appoint a manufacturing manager with overall responsibility for manufacturing and engineering operations. You will lead and motivate a team of supervisors (2) and charge hands (4) alongside having overall responsibility for 50+ operators and technicians across two sites. On offer is a long term stable position with a growing employer.

- Ensure smooth running of plant to hit production targets
- Introduce lean and continuous improvement activity to streamline production
- Train staff and offer progression opportunities

Manufacturing Manager / Production Manager - Skills and Abilities
- Minimum 5 years experience in a production manager / manufacturing manager role
- Experience of FMCG machinery with semi-skilled workforce
- Hands on attitude with shop floor focus. Lead and motivate diverse teams
- Formal lean or continuous improvement training an advantage
