About the Role:

On behalf of our client, we are seeking a highly capable and results-driven Manufacturing Operations Manager to take ownership of day-to-day production operations. This is an exciting opportunity to play a central part in shaping operational performance and driving continuous improvement within a well-established and forward-thinking organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily manufacturing operations to ensure production targets, quality standards, and safety requirements are consistently met.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team across production and support functions.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow and resource alignment.
• Monitor operational KPIs and report performance to senior leadership.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Candidate Profile:

• Proven experience in a senior manufacturing or operations management role.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills with a hands-on approach.
• Solid understanding of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organisational abilities.
• Degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field is desirable.
