About Us: A Global Manufacturer based in Swindon seeks additional Manufacturing Operators working Monday to Friday on a rotating double-day shift.  This client is dedicated to first-class manufacturing and delivering high-quality products and services. Offering exceptional product and process training, you will work as part of a highly skilled manufacturing team that focuses on producing quality products for a global market.  

Job Description: We seek experienced, motivated, and reliable Manufacturing Operatives who can provide proven knowledge of GMP, the use of hand-held tools and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) preferred.  In this role, you will be responsible for operating state-of-the-art machinery, measuring, cutting, and assembling a range of products, whilst ensuring quality standards are met. Offering an annual salary of just over £26,000 plus exceptional employee benefits, an end-of-year performance bonus, and working in a modern, productive manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain a range of manufacturing and machining equipment
• Assemble products according to complex customer specifications
• Conduct quality checks/inspections to ensure products meet standards
• Follow health and safety guidelines
• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets
• Produce products to high standards with minimal NCRs
• Input of data and information onto Oracle ERP system

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is required
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Good communication skills
• Willingness to work double day shifts
• Subject to regular mandatory Alcohol and Drug testing
