Manufacturing Operative

Anne Jagger Recruitment in Witney is working with an award-winning, values-led manufacturing organisation in The Cotswolds. We are recruiting for a Manufacturing Operative (Pre-Treatment and Powder Coating) to join this successful and growing business, driven by a forward thinking culture.

The Manufacturing Operative will be working as part of a high-performing team shot blasting and powder coating frameworks and components on time and to schedule whilst meeting the company's high quality standards.

This is a full-time position, offering a salary of £28,000 to £32,000 plus additional benefits. The working hours are 6.45am to 3pm, Monday to Friday (37.5 hours per week) and based in their Bourton on the Water offices.

Key responsibilities:

• Shot blasting and powder coating steel windows and ancillary parts and wet spraying timber linings to approved standards, following appropriate health and safety standards
• Working to the scheduled manufacturing plan
• Quality checking all work completed and documenting the results
• Data entry on the manufacturing management system

Skills and Experience Required:

• Minimum of 5 years experience of shot blasting and powder coating
• Excellent communication skills
• A positive, proactive and energeting approach to work
• A motivated and flexible team player
