Manufacturing Operative

Job Type: Full-time, Temp to Perm

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 2pm to 10pm

Our client is seeking Manufacturing Operatives to join their dynamic team in producing high-quality products. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals looking to contribute to a cutting-edge manufacturing process while developing their skills in a cleanroom setting.

Responsibilities:

Manufacture precise products in a cleanroom environment, adhering to stringent specifications and quality standards.
Follow written instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure product consistency and compliance.
Accurately record process data, complete production logs, and document deviations.
Collaborate with team members to achieve production output, yield targets, and continuous improvement goals.
Maintain discipline in safety, housekeeping, and time management while adhering to cleanroom protocols.
Communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues, reporting any process or equipment issues promptly.
Requirements:

GCSE or equivalent in Mathematics and English.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions with precision.
Team player with excellent communication skills (spoken and written English).
High level of responsibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Prior experience in a cleanroom or manufacturing setting is advantageous (on-the-job training provided).
Familiarity with cleanroom protocols, contamination control, and basic computer systems is beneficial.
