Manufacturing Operators (Shifts)

NOW HIRING - SHIFT OPERATORS
Location: Cockermouth
Pay Rate: £17.10 per hour
Temporary roles for approximately 6 months
37 hours per week

Adecco is delighted to be recruiting for a number of Shift Operators for a global manufacturing employer based in Cockermouth.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established manufacturing team with excellent rates of pay.

Shift Pattern (Alternating Weekly)

Monday - Thursday:
* Mornings: 6am - 2pm
* Afternoons: 2pm - 10pm
* Nights: 10pm - 6am

Friday:
* Mornings: 6am - 11am
* Afternoons: 11am - 4pm
* Nights: 4pm - 9pm

Duties Include:
* Supporting operators with daily tasks and processes
* Reviewing and following job order paperwork
* Cutting rubber to specified lengths
* Accurately weighing materials
* Labelling and preparing products for storage
* Storing items correctly on designated shelves
* Maintaining a clean and organised work area
* Keeping materials, shelves, and storage boxes clean and tidy
* Updating spreadsheets with stock and weight information

Experience & Requirements:
* Previous manufacturing or production experience desirable
* Basic IT and computer skills
* Ability to work independently and within a team
* Positive attitude and strong work ethic
