Manufacturing Supervisor

Manufacturing Supervisor Required ASAP Gloucester. Immediate Start Available, Up to £30ph.

Role Details:

Position: Manufacturing Supervisor
Location: Gloucester, GL4
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm
Pay Rate: £25-£30 per hourIn this role, you will be responsible for supervising day-to-day production activities, ensuring production targets are achieved, maintaining quality and health & safety standards, leading and developing teams, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across the manufacturing operation.

We're looking for candidates with:

Previous supervisory or team leader experience within a manufacturing environment
Strong leadership and people management skills
Good understanding of manufacturing processes
Knowledge of health & safety regulations
Excellent problem-solving and organisational skills
