Day shifts: 7:30am – 4:00pm Monday to Thursday, 12:00pm finish on Friday

Are you an experienced Manufacturing Team Leader, Supervisor, or an ambitious manufacturing professional ready to take the next step in your career?

Our client is looking for a motivated and hands-on leader to join their growing manufacturing team within a well-established global organisation.

As a Manufacturing Team Leader, you will play a key role in leading and developing a team of around 40 production operatives within a busy manufacturing environment. Working closely alongside another Team Leader and reporting into the Business Unit Manager, you’ll be responsible for driving performance, maintaining high quality standards, improving processes, and creating a positive team culture.

What we're looking for:

* Previous experience working within a manufacturing environment

* Experience as a Manufacturing Team Leader, Production Supervisor, Cell Leader, Team Leader, or similar leadership role

* A strong understanding of manufacturing processes, productivity, and continuous improvement

* A hands-on leader who enjoys motivating, coaching, and developing people

* The ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

* Someone with the ambition and capability to grow within a successful global organisation
