This role would suit a Manufacturing Team Leader or similar with experience operating CNC machinery or laminating equipment or similar, and looking for a stable position with an excellent work-life balance through a Monday to Thursday working pattern.

In this role, the successful Manufacturing Team Leader or similar will lead a small production team, coordinate daily production activities, ensure quality standards are met, monitor team performance, and maintain a safe and efficient working environment while supporting continuous production across the manufacturing facility.

The Role:

Leading and supporting a small production team within a busy manufacturing environment
Coordinating production plans with machine operators to meet daily targets
Operating and supporting CNC machinery, beam saws and panel laminating glue lines where required
Ensuring quality standards are maintained through inspections and dimensional checks
Recording scrap and reject data while promoting continuous improvement
Maintaining high standards of health & safety and housekeeping
Monday to Thursday, 7:00am - 5:30pm (4-day working week)The Person:

manufacturing supervisory or Manufacturing Team Leader or similar background
Experience operating CNC machinery, beam saws, laminating glue lines or similar equipment (Preferred)
Previous experience supervising or leading production teams
