Manufacturing Technician

Market 36 Recruitment are recruiting for a Manufacturing Technician on behalf of our client in Witham. This is an excellent opportunity to join a specialist manufacturer supplying high-quality components to the luxury automotive industry.

The successful candidate will manufacture, assemble and inspect polyurethane (PU) components, ensuring products meet quality standards while working safely and to production schedules.

Key Responsibilities

* Manufacture and assemble PU components to specification.

* Cut and prepare materials for production.

* Carry out quality inspections on finished components.

* Follow technical drawings, work instructions and production plans.

* Report quality or production issues to management.

* Maintain a clean and safe working environment.

* Work to production targets while following Health & Safety procedures.

* Support continuous improvement and undertake additional training where required.

About You

* Previous manufacturing or production experience.

* Experience assembling components to a high standard.

* Strong attention to detail and quality.

* Able to work independently and as part of a team.

* Good understanding of Health & Safety.

* Positive attitude with the ability to work to deadlines.
