Marine Engineering Lead Lecturer

Job Description - Marine Engineering Lead Lecturer

Marine Engineering Lead Lecturer

Permanent

Location: Essex

Salary: Up to £54,000

Are you an experienced marine engineering professional ready to lead a teaching team and inspire the next generation of technicians and engineers?

About the role

You'll lead the delivery of marine engineering programmes for a further education provider, combining practical workshop teaching with the underpinning theory learners need to succeed. Working across a range of levels, you'll bring your industry experience into the classroom and workshop, helping learners build the knowledge and skills that employers value.

If you come from industry rather than teaching, that's welcome. Our client offers support to help you move into education and develop in your role.

Your responsibilities will include:

Leading the design, planning, delivery and assessment of marine engineering programmes across a range of levels.
