DonePlus is supporting a leading investment management environment in hiring a Market Data Administration & Vendor Operations Analyst to work directly alongside data leadership, technology teams, vendors, and business stakeholders in London.

This is a highly operational and client-facing role focused on market data administration, contract coordination, vendor management, entitlement support, and ongoing operational governance across a complex financial data environment.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, process-oriented, commercially aware, and comfortable operating in fast-paced hedge fund or financial services environments.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day market data administration across vendors, platforms, and internal stakeholders
• Coordinate contract management, renewals, approvals, and documentation across market data services
• Work closely with vendor management, procurement, technology, compliance, and finance teams
• Support onboarding and maintenance of market data products and user access
• Assist with invoice tracking, allocation reviews, and vendor communications
• Maintain accurate records across contracts, licensing, entitlements, and operational processes
• Coordinate with vendors including Bloomberg and other major financial data providers
• Support operational governance processes across market data and research platforms
• Work with systems and workflows involving CLM, FITS, and TRG environments
• Act as a professional on-site point of contact for internal users and external vendors
• Help identify process improvements and operational efficiencies across the data environment

• Power BI
• Bloomberg EMRS experience is a strong plus
• Strong Excel and operational tracking skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Comfortable operating in highly administrative, detail-oriented workflows
• Professional client-facing presence required
