Market Research Analyst

• Location: Sawston (with flexible work-from-home options subject to business needs and managerial approval)

• Salary: £25,000 - £26,000

Reed Cambridge Business Support is working with a business in Sawston. They are looking for a Market Research Analyst to join their dynamic Digital & Administration team. This role is crucial for the smooth execution of research projects, including scripting surveys, data processing, and report preparation. You will work under the guidance of the Digital Manager and collaborate closely with the administration team to support various project-related tasks.

• Script surveys and process data.
• Manage the processing of all retail/continuous reports ready for completion by report writers.
• Perform accurate data checking.
• Assist Research Executives with any project-related tasks as required by the business.
• Support the administration team with project work as needed.

• Demonstrable ability to make decisions independently where appropriate, and recognize when escalation to management is necessary.
• High precision and methodical approach to all tasks with exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong self-management skills, able to prioritize tasks according to business needs and work autonomously.
• Excellent organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously to a high standard.
• Effective communication skills, able to convey information clearly, professionally, and concisely.

• Competency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and the ability to quickly learn and master new software (training provided).
