What You’ll Be Doing

As Account Manager, you’ll be the go-to person for key clients — managing campaigns, nurturing relationships, and keeping everything running smoothly. You'll work closely with a talented team of creatives and strategists to bring ideas to life, from the first spark to final delivery.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Act as the key point of contact for clients, building trusted relationships that last
• Collaborate with designers, strategists and copywriters to bring campaigns to life
• Take ownership of projects from briefing through to final delivery
• Keep track of timelines, budgets, and campaign performance
• Jump in on brainstorms and bring fresh ideas to the mix
• Help shape proposals and support the team on new business wins
• Confidently present work and updates to clients with clarity and enthusiasm
• Spot ways to add value and grow accounts through great service

What You’ll Bring

• 3-5 years’ experience in an agency setting, working directly with clients
• A solid understanding of marketing and campaign delivery
• Excellent people skills and a confident, calm approach under pressure
• Strong organisation, time management, and a sharp eye for detail
• A natural collaborator who enjoys working with different teams
• Commercial awareness and a proactive mindset
• Experience in digital or creative agencies is a bonus (but not a must!)
