They specialize in full-service marketing and media activations across the retail, food and beverage, entertainment industries and more. Their client base is incredibly impressive, including household names such as Weetabix and Heineken.

The Role

They are looking for an Account Manager to assist leading an existing portfolio in the Print / Retail industry. With a key focus on client retention and development, this is a fantastic opportunity to join an established team with a thriving portfolio of household brands from day one.

Day-to-Day

Build and maintain relationships with key clients.
Develop and execute client account plans.
Ensure client retention and promote their services.
Share best practices within the sales and account management team.
Relay the marketing projects from the clients back to the creative teams.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign delivery.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Forecast revenues accurately and timely.
Handle client issues as the primary escalation point.

Ideally, you have...

Worked in the retail industry (in print and design) or with clients in the retail industry (from a Marketing perspective / as an account manager)
Experience with branding / POS and events.
Organizational and prioritization skills.
Commercial acumen to drive revenue and profit.
Proactive, results-driven attitude.
Excellent communication skills.
Attention to detail while working efficiently.
Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
