What You'll Do:

• Empower colleagues at all levels to embrace and maximize our Digital Workplace tools.
• Collect feedback and requirements to craft engaging guidance and learning materials.
• Be an active participant in our vibrant online community, answering queries and boosting engagement.
• Collaborate with the Engagement team to innovate new ways of working that blend technology with business needs.
• Create high-quality training materials, including documents, videos, and communication campaigns.
• Manage and update our SharePoint site, ensuring it’s packed with the latest FAQs, training materials, and content.
• Analyse usage data to spot trends and develop targeted campaigns to enhance tool adoption.
• Keep the business informed with weekly tips and updates, ensuring continuous engagement with our digital tools.

What We're Looking For:

• A strong passion for learning and development, with a keen interest in technology and problem-solving.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• A proactive mindset, with a drive to lead innovative ideas and engaging campaigns.
• No prior knowledge of the Microsoft 365 suite required, but a willingness to learn and apply new technologies is essential.
• Preferred skills include strong written and presentation abilities, solid problem-solving skills, and an interest in analytics.
