Nottingham – Hybrid (3 days in office)

£30,000-£40,000

As a Marketing Analyst you will be driving customer and marketing insights across multiple brands globally. You play a pivotal role in the wider, award-winning marketing function by using data and insights to enhance performance and innovation across web and digital, multi-channel campaigns and customer insight.

• Working collaboratively with stakeholders cross-functionally, to understand ever-changing business requirements and driving how data and insights can support and inform
• Enhance quality, efficiency and effectiveness of the customer database
• Deliver regular reporting, along with deep dive analysis to monitor and understand the customer and their behaviors
• Producing customer segmentations and selections for targeting campaigns
• Supporting various channel owners with monitoring KPIs, and presenting customer insights and campaign performance analysis
• Managing customer feedback channels, identifying trends and opportunities and making recommendations for improvements

Skills & Experience:

• Previous experience in a Data Analytics and Insight role
• An interest in, and understanding of marketing
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience working with marketing and customer data
• Good understanding of relational databases 
• Knowledge of tools such as Alteryx, Tableau would be beneficial but not essential, training will be provided!
• Strong Excel skills are essential
• Commercially savvy with strong presentation skills
• Confident in identifying trends, patterns and opportunities from complex data
