Marketing & Business Development Coordinator

Position Overview

Nardello & Co., a leading global investigations firm, seeks a Marketing & Business Development Coordinator for its London office. This role supports brand development and marketing initiatives across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA), reporting to the Business Development & Marketing Manager.

The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and organized, with experience in event coordination, data management, and marketing support within a professional services environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the coordination and execution of EMEA events, including conferences, dinners, and seminars.


• Conduct research to identify sponsorship opportunities, including conferences and awards.


• Assist with venue research.


• Work with the EMEA team to maintain accurate client data and business development activity in Salesforce.


• Support marketing collateral updates, proposals, and award submissions.


• Assist with thought leadership content and social media management.


• Conduct research for target lists and case studies.


• Collaborate with global teams on marketing initiatives and seasonal gifting.

Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in marketing or business development, preferably in professional services.


• Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to engage senior stakeholders.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Salesforce experience preferred.


• Familiarity with MailChimp and InDesign is a plus.


• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Work Environment
