Inizio Engage have the pleasure of recruiting a Marketing and Business Development Manager for our Client, a leading intellectual property law firm with approximately seventy patent and trade mark attorneys and litigators across offices in Halifax, Leeds, Manchester, and Cambridge.

Our client is looking for a results-focused, creative marketer with a passion for what they do, someone who is creative and innovative, and who desires to help a growth-focused business realise its goals in both domestic and overseas markets.

Key Responsibilities:
Line management responsibilities
Plan and execute circa three marketing campaigns per year; work with technical professionals and report regularly on campaign performance
Lead the creation of our annual, research-based flagship marketing report
Manage social media channels and create content
Identify and engage external technology incubators and other intermediaries useful for BD purposes

Key Skills:
Degree qualified in Business, Marketing, PR, Journalism or a similar
Experience managing a team in a professional service or B2B environment
Prior B2B marketing experience
Experience with campaign and social media management and reporting
Content development and distribution via digital marketing platforms and social media
