The Role

We’re looking for aMarketing, Communities & Operations Executiveto help us amplify our impact across all three brands. This is a varied and exciting role where no two days are the same — perfect for someone who’s creative, organised, and passionate about making a difference.

What You’ll Do:

Marketing

• Plan and deliver multi-channel campaigns (digital, print, events)
• Own and manage social media content and scheduling
• Create compelling content for web, email, and PR
• Support brand development and ensure consistency across platforms
• Collaborate with external partners on website improvements
• Track marketing performance and present insights to leadership

Communities

• Organise and promote events (online and in-person)

• Manage online communities for The Fractional Quarter & FIN

• Manage our Charity Quizzes, including the donation platform and prize process

• Identify speaking and networking opportunities for the Founder

Operations

• Provide diary and travel support to the MD and Founder
• Assist with office management in Edinburgh & Glasgow

• Support the creation of internal documentation and communications

What We’re Looking For

Must-Haves:

• 1+ year in a marketing, communications, or operations role
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience managing social media and content calendars
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines
• A self-starter who thrives in a collaborative environment

Nice-to-Haves:

• Basic video editing or graphic design skills
• Familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress, Squarespace, Wix)
• Experience with tools like Canva, Buffer, Google Ads, SEO tools, or Google Analytics
